Entry is available through the Caldwell Golf web-site,
or by mailing an entry form to the below stated
address. For the purposes of this promotion,
an "entrant" shall consist of a person,
family or household with a valid household mailing
address for an entry by regular mail or valid
e-mail and household mailing addresses for entry
through the web site. You may enter the "Win
A Woody" Contest by regular mail or by
filling out and submitting a registration form
on the Caldwell web-site.
All prizes will be awarded according to these
rules and distributed no later than 30 days
after the drawing date. Because of the varying
legal requirements in other countries, this
contest is open only to residents of the United
States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, except employees
of Caldwell Golf, Pearl Golf, Ichthus Golf, their affiliates, advertising
and promotion agencies, and the directors, officers,
employees and agents of each of them and their
immediate families and/or household residents.
This contest shall only be construed and evaluated
according to laws of the State of California,
without regard to the principles of conflicts
of laws and submission of an entry constitutes
acceptance of such laws. This contest is void
where prohibited. Caldwell Golf reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend
the web portion of this contest should a virus,
bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control
of Caldwell Golf corrupt the security or proper
administration of the contest. Any attempt to
deliberately damage any web site. or to undermine
the legitimate operation of this promotion is
a violation of criminal and civil laws, and
should such an attempt be made, Caldwell Golf reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the
fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal
prosecution.

technical malfunction of any telephone network
or lines, computer on-line systems, servers,
access providers, computer equipment, software,
failure of any entry to be received by Caldwell
Golf on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any web site.,
or any combination thereof, including any injury
or damage to an entrant's or any other person's
computer related to or resulting from playing
or downloading any materials in this promotion.
This
contest will begin on May 1st, 2008.
Drawings for this contest will be held on or
about the first Monday morning of each month
during the contest period from all entries received. All entries received will be eligible for
all succeeding drawings subsequent to Caldwell's
receipt of such entry, unless declared ineligible,
according to Caldwell's interpretation of these
rules, in its sole discretion. Enter as often
as you wish... No limit! The winner
of any prize hereunder is not eligible to win
any further prizes in this contest. Proof of
e-mailing an entry does not constitute proof
of delivery. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance
with these Official Rules, including all eligibility
requirements. All entries become the property
of Caldwell Golf and will not be returned. Entrants
waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity
for any claim they may have relating to this
promotion. Winners will be chosen by a random
drawing of all eligible entries received. The drawings will be conducted
by Caldwell Golf, whose decisions will be final
on all matters relating to this contest. Winners'
names will be posted on Woody's Winners page of
the Caldwell Golf web-site within 10 days after the applicable drawings.
Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail.
If the prize or prize notification is returned
as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited
and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning
depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
If, in Caldwell's opinion, there is any suspected
or actual evidence that the integrity of the
contest has been compromised, Caldwell Golf reserves
the right to terminate the contest and conduct
a random drawing to award the prizes using all
eligible entries received as of the termination
date. Should the contest be terminated prior
to the stated expiration date, notice will be
posted on the Caldwell Winners may be required to provide positive
identification specified by Caldwell golf to claim a
prize and may be required (where permitted by
law) to sign and return a web-site Affidavit of Eligibility
and Publicity Release without additional compensation.
Winners may be required to sign and return liability
and publicity releases within 30 days of notification
or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to
an alternate winner. Except where prohibited,
acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner's
agreement to hold harmless Caldwell Golf, its affiliates
and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each of them individually and collectively
from and against any injuries, losses or damages
related in any way to their participation in
this promotion, or use of any prize, including
Caldwell's reliance upon their compliance with
these rules, and, where permitted by law, their
agreement that Caldwell Golf may use his/her name,
voice, likeness and/or biographical data for
advertising and promotional purposes on any
and all media throughout the world without additional
